“Saturday Night Live” was off the air due to the SAG-AFTRA strike in September when Rep. Lauren Boebert was escorted out of the “Beetlejuice” musical in Denver for causing a disturbance. But the show’s writers and comedians couldn’t let the Colorado politician live the incident down before cracking a few jokes.During this weekend’s “SNL” cold open, actor Mikey Day played a defeated Rep.
